Growing up in the 80’s and 90’s in his family’s Central London wine bars, early exposure to the wonders of the wine industry gave Russell a taste for an industry rich in history, and passionate individuals.

 

Russell has been involved in the wine industry all his adult life, spending seven years in France managing a successful family-owned Bordeaux vineyard, as well as working in the prestige London property market.

 

Moving to Australia in 2012, it is no wonder he found himself between two of the globe’s most iconic wine regions.

 

Russell combined his experiences and love for both property and viticulture, heading up an Adelaide Agribusiness department, and personally selling a multitude of rural retreats, viticultural and lifestyle assets, from the Barossa Valley, to McLaren Vale and beyond.

 

After 20 years of experience on both sides of the industry, Woodbridge Iles was established in 2019 to present a superior and specialised commercial property offering, retaining that focus on viticultural and agricultural properties, as well as rural and regional lifestyle properties.
